Alert notification is a significant function during the whole life circle of PV plant. In order to guarantee the normal operation of PV assets and provide better O&M experience, SOLARMAN Business has upgraded Alert function.
Login to SOLARMAN Business, click “Alerts” in the menu bar. Users can check all alerts in this plant. There are three types of alert, which are Failure, Warning and Notice. The status of alert can be classified as Open and Closed. Once the alert is handled, the status of alert will be marked as Closed.
Customized settings of alert notification can also be realized on SOLARMAN Business. Users can set notification frequency, limit, push approach and etc. according to users’ habits.
