SOLARMAN provides humanistic services for global customers. SIM card top up is one of it.

Flow package is frequently used during the data transmission and data reading. Although the cumulative flow is not too much in one year, calculating the service life of a PV plant as 25 years, the flow package requires a lot.

In order to facilitate customers to recharge the SIM card that are about to expire, go to SOLARMAN cloud platform, click “Application”-“Top Up”. Users can view the current flow status of the bound logger. The flow status includes “inactive”, “in arrear”, “about to expire”, “normal”, “Completed, please wait to take effect”, and “cancellation”. By filtering different keywords, users can view logger SN, plant belonged to, validity period and SIM card status. Customers can choose online top-up or contact customer service for help.

SIM card top up has three packages, which are one-year, five-year, ten-year. Both 2G and 4G networks are supported.
